1. INTRODUCTION
RupeeRelief ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") is a facilitator that connects individuals ("Clients") with independent, third-party lawyers ("Lawyers") for legal consultation and services regarding debt relief and settlement. RupeeRelief itself does not provide legal, financial, or settlement services and does not guarantee any outcome. All service charge payments must be made to RupeeRelief using the payment details provided on this page. Payments should not be made directly to the lawyer. RupeeRelief will share the received service charges to the respective lawyer as per the lawyer & RupeeRelief agreed terms.
2. NATURE OF SERVICES
- RupeeRelief only provides a platform for Clients to connect with independent Lawyers. We do not endorse, recommend, or assume responsibility for the legal services provided.
- RupeeRelief is not a law firm, financial institution, or debt settlement company and does not provide legal or financial advice.
- Any legal representation, agreements, or services provided by a Lawyer are solely between the Client and the Lawyer. RupeeRelief is not a party to such agreements.
3. NO LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER
- RupeeRelief does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or effectiveness of any legal advice, strategies, or services provided by the Lawyers.
- We are not responsible for any losses, damages, disputes, or legal issues arising between the Client and the Lawyer.
- RupeeRelief does not verify the qualifications, expertise, or success rate of any Lawyer. It is the Client's sole responsibility to conduct due diligence before engaging a Lawyer.
- Clients acknowledge that RupeeRelief will not be liable for any action taken based on information received through the platform.
4. PAYMENTS & FEES
- RupeeRelief may charge facilitation fees for connecting Clients with Lawyers.
- RupeeRelief is not responsible for any refunds, disputes, or non-performance issues related to payments made to the Lawyer.
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clients must provide accurate and truthful information when seeking legal assistance.
- Clients acknowledge that legal and financial matters involve risks, and RupeeRelief does not guarantee any particular outcome.
- Clients agree to indemnify and hold RupeeRelief harmless against any claims, disputes, or legal issues that arise from using the services.
6. LAWYER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lawyers using RupeeRelief’s platform agree to abide by all applicable laws and professional standards.
- Lawyers acknowledge that RupeeRelief does not control or interfere in their legal services.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- RupeeRelief and its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
- Our total liability, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for the use of our facilitation services.
8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Karimnagar, Telangana, India].
9. MODIFICATION & TERMINATION
- RupeeRelief reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
- We may suspend or terminate access to our services at our sole discretion, without liability.
